The Thread Faction Grow-with-me Shorties is a PDF sewing pattern for one size fits most baby and toddler bloomers or shorts designed with the cloth nappy bottom in mind. They are made with a stretch waist and cuffs to accommodate a large range of waist and leg sizes. The fit is adjusted by folding the waistband and leg cuffs up and down as required. 2 sizes are included in this pattern: newborn to 9mths, and 9mths to 3yrs.

Suggested Fabrics

The main body of the bloomers/shorts can be made with any lightweight knit fabric. The waistband and cuffs need to be made from a knit fabric with 75% to 100% stretch, and recovery of 5% or under.
